Star Eye PWC-30A Webcam Help?

Just got this webcam and trying to make the picture work for msn messenger, i muck around with some of the settings in Tools>Webcam Settings in msn, one minute i get a bad fuzzy picture in which you can’t see anyones face well at all, the next after changing some settings is total green, then the one i’m on now is total yellow. tried going back to default settings but it doesnt change much at all and the bad picture/colors still remain. Could someone plz tell me how to configure the settings and advanced settings properly to make a nice, regular color picture where you can actually see a clear picture instead of nearly invisible fuzz? Include the number value of each setting if possible. thanks pplz!

The best thing to do is to contact your webcam’s manufacturer, this can usually be done through their website, or you could contact the windows live support staff. I’ve included the link to the support staff below.
