webcam . i want the webcam to point out of my bedroom window i have a ethernet cable there(from a old network) i just want a webcam that can have a ethernet connection directly into it. i dont want wire less so to keep the cost down

As the guy up there said, you can buy an IP cam. There are many options for you. They cost a lot more than an ordinary webcam or a CMOS camera, but it does work fine. You’ll need to have a server connected to it if you want to save the data the cam “sees”.
