Summer Is On The Way Why Not Grill Away?

I purchased a Weber Genesis S310 gas grill on my 39th birthday. When she saw how much it cost my lover imagined I must be having a mid life breakdown or I don’t know what. It might look like a lot of dollar to spend, but like a lot of people, I bought and used cheap grills from inferior companies, only to have them rust out within a couple years. I can’t believe how much dollar I have lost over the years. The Weber S310 replaces my cheapo grill which I bought just a couple of years ago. It was a basic grill on offer, but it soon rusted up and began to show signs of damage.

It is very difficult to find companies that are have a passion for building quality products; products built to last for more than a couple of seasons. Weber is one of those companies. My 2 sons had my new Weber S310 assembled our new Weber in no time at all; just 1 hour 20 minutes. The directions simple to follow.  The Weber Genesis S310 gas grill is an wonderful piece of equipment. It is simple to use, easy to clean and easy keep up and running.

The Weber S310 is a fabulous grill for an amazing price. The S310 has all of Weber’s fantastic features, such as 3 stainless steel burners with crossover ignition. I have used the BBQ at night to cook amazing hot dogs for my good friends with out any issues. I too have found it straight forward to operate, and changes made to this model of the genesis are well thought out. I love the knobs on the front because it gives one more counter space. The cart is beautiful and the storage below will keep the propane tank from damaging my deck.

The only complaint I have about the Weber S310 is that the grilling surface is a bit small compared to their other companies on a dollar for dollar basis. This is only a minor issue – and it is made up for by for by the many positives that are part of the Weber grill package.

Having taken everything into account I would give the Weber Genesis S310 review 9/10 – if you are serious about your grilling and want to move it up a level then the Weber Genesis S310 is the grill for you. It has everything you could want in a well built grill. Very well made, heavy duty parts, and well engineered. While a bit expensive, I think it is worth every cent. I just look forward to grilling on this great Weber grill for to many seasons to come.
