Weber Genesis E-310, Worth Every Penny – Great Grill

We’ve always happen to be forward thinking, but it’s never been truer than in the new Weber Genesis E-310 series natural gas grills with front-mount control knobs. We moved the control knobs from your side table to the front panel for full-on heat control and gave you two huge stainless steel tables for all of the grilling needs. And we did it without compromising an ounce within the cooking performance that makes Genesis a fabulous legend.

I had the earlier version about this Weber Genesis E310. It survived nearly 10 years outside uncovered with the NJ weather before I moved the item to NC. It survived another 8 years and maybe in NC before it became clear that it is time had come. During that precious time, I replaced the wooden slats (the slats have passed away in the new model and the shelves are stainless steel) additionally, the flavor bars once. I don’t take into account replacing the burner, but it is a possibility. Some time in this 18 and perhaps years, the starter stopped working – I bought a new one and never have around to installing it. This barbeque grill owed me nothing, but when the burner finally attended and I noticed some bad rust over the slide that holds the bottom regarding, I decided it was time in a new grill.

I purchased the E310 grill as the replacement which is great – so far seems a lot better than I remember the other grill when it turned out new. Gets very hot very easily and cooks evenly. I look for a long life from the new grill too. Seems like lots of money, but these guys are the serious deal.

I also bought a large char-grill so called “professional” model a few years ago for another house at a local home center, and it seemed ALRIGHT. But, the stainless steel housing is now deteriorating and I expect to get about five years total from it – max. I have replaced the flavor bars already and I had to do some rigging them in given that the supports were deteriorated. I think I paid about 400 for any grill, so you do the instructional math!

The only complaint I have concerning the Weber Genesis E-310 is that the cooking surface is actually a bit small compared to their competitors with a dollar for dollar basis, but it is actually generally plenty big unless you are receiving quite a big party or an item. I also note that you need to follow the in structions carefully through putting it together. Part of the superior shelf is a little tricky – be patient and all will go well.
