what is the best restuarant to work for? i am looking for work and might give it a shot?
I am 26 and have a B.A. good people skills. I wouldnt mind giving the restaurant industry a shot…though most of my life i have managed or worked in an office. i live in schaumburg where there are 10 restaurants on every block: here are a few:
TGIF, weber grill, joes crab shack, red lobster, hooters (not interested), fuddruckers, pf chang’s, red robin, cheesecake factory, etc. etc.
All chains are fairly similar. I would pick one with a good training program for managers given that you have no experience. I should warn you, they generally want experience to hire you.
