How to make money for a 13 year old (fast)?
I want to meet my close friend. I know what you’re thinking “Totally Dangerous” “Is she out of her mind?” “Oh, bring a bat!” Nooo, I’m not that stupid! So anyways. I would like to meet a friend online by going to his country. He would never lie to me about anything, We talk on MSN And we chat on webcam, we talk about so many things about what we like, and in 2011 we are seeing Kung Fu Panda 2 together, I have feelings for him and he’s got them back for me ^_^ But yeah anyways..I really want to meet him and get the money, I asked my mom (she knows his mom and mine so it’s all right) I am careful (I’m 13) and we all agree it’s alright. I have 5000 in my bank but I can’t use it because my mother said I will use it when I’m 18 for a good career. so I was wondering..how much does it cost to fly to Sweden?
Ok, sense your parents know each-other, you may ne able to crack a deal with your Mom.
Otherwise, your going to have to do a little better then 5k.
Also, your going to HAVE to layover in Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, or New York. That can be dangerous for someone who is only 13.
You have not met this guy face to face before? And your going to Sweden to meet him?
Sorry, but if I where you I would re-think your approach.
After all, isn’t he just of capable of flying to Vancouver, or at least meeting you half way?
North Europe is also not the place to be if you cannot speak te language. I got back from Oslo Norway a month or so ago, and I can honestly say, I had a hard time with the language (and I grew up speaking a ton of Norwegian).
What can you do?
Well I guess start up a little lawn mowing business or something. Possibly even babysitting.
Unfortunately, Employers can’t hire young teens.
Best thing to do is get involved with your money, make wise investments, and try to make money this way (NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING… JUST A QUICK FYI). If your mom can help, this could work as a easy money making option.
Otherwise, this whole situation seems a little “out there”.
I know your not asking me, but I really don’t think any part of the plan is a good idea.
