How To Get Better At Your Copywriting To Make It More Effective And User-Friendly | Network Marketing Copywriting Tips

Not long ago, I took up some copywriting skills training and leant a few important things that I want to share with you.

When it comes to writing, many indivuals freeze because they are afraid and don’t have a system. They take a very long time to write a single article for their blog.

Does this sound familiar to you? Well, I have gone through this and I know how frustrating it can be.

Below are 5 tips to help you write faster and more customer-focussed articles.

1. One question you should ask yourself before you begin

Who is your target prospect?

This one question helps you to focus and narrow your post to the right prospect. The moment your customer reads this article, they can connect with you. They begin to feel as though you are conversing with them on an individual basis.

2. What is your prospect’s major problem?

Answering this question gets you focussed on the prospect’s greatest problem, thereby focussing your post too. This helps you to avoid generalizations in your article. It also makes sure you speak to the customer using words they are already using, by focussing on their exact needs.

3. How exactly does your solution solve your prospect’s problem?

This gets you really focussed on the right prospect and his or her particular need challenge, and how you intend to solve it.

These 3 questions will help you write clearer and more targeted posts.

4. Stuck on killer headlines or subheadings?

Then you may want to think about using http://www.thesaurus.com.

Write out your proposed headline, and mull over variations for some of the phrases in your headline or subheadline. Plug these words into the Uniform Resource Locator above and consider using some of the adjectives that you dig up.

This should help you to come up with creative headlines that are not so mild.

5. If you are using an editor such as Microsoft Word, there is an amazing tool included that you might be underutilising.

Make a copy of your article in Microsoft Word and when you are done, perform a spelling check. If you have Microsoft Word configured right, you should have a Readability Index Score at the end of the spelling check. Your aim is to have articles for the lowest grade level you can.

Doing this will help make your articles more user-friendly and simple to understand.

I trust this will help you focus on writing excellent copy and doing so in a timely manner.
