Logitech webcam has recent announced of their video calling software Logitech Vid, already tested by us here, introduced seven new webcams – all ready to work with Vid. The new webcams which logitech has announced new series the Logitech Webcam Pro 9000, Logitech Portable Webcam C905, Logitech Webcam C600, Logitech Webcam C500, Logitech Webcam C300, Logitech Webcam C250 and the Logitech Webcam C200. Webcams features and performance can vary by program, computer operating system and also by the computer’s processor capacity. For example, ‘high-quality video’ is principally available to users of certain Logitech webcams if their computers have core 2 duo processors meeting certain specification.The new webcams which logitech has announced new series the Logitech Webcam Pro 9000, Logitech Portable Webcam C905, Logitech Webcam C600, Logitech Webcam C500, Logitech Webcam C300, Logitech Webcam C250 and the Logitech Webcam C200. Special software can use the video stream from a different webcam to assist or enhance a user’s control of applications and games.

Webcams mainly include a lens, an image sensor, and some support electronics. Various lenses are available for different webcams but the most common being a plastic lens that can be screwed in and out to set the camera’s focus. Fixed focus lenses, which have no facility for adjustment, are also available in the market.
