what is the best way to capture the sea views from my house and display them on my website?
I have tried using an outdoor static IP webcam which plugs into my router but after 4 months the sun has deteriorated the quality of the webcam feed – see www.whitstablesunsets.co.uk. I can return the webcam as its under warranty. Does anyone know if there’s an alternative way of capturing the views without the sun harming the camera lens? I have thought about buying a camera instead and setting it up to take a photo at 1 minute intervals. I know this would not be ‘live’ but would still allow me to present a near to live view of the sea views/ sunsets. Is this possible and if so how do I set it up?
