How can I monitor and control internet usage?
I am sharing a house with 3 other guys, and all of which download to the max with bittorrent. Is there any way I can limit their internet speeds, or at least set the router (Belkin) to allocate only a quarter of the speed to each of them (so it remains fair), because when they download I can’t use the internet to even check my email!
Is there a program out there that can do this for me?

the answer is yes, and it is possible to limit the speed of other user.u dont need additional software, but only if your router support QoS.enter into ur router configuration, and open the QoS option. enable it and set it.good luck!
