How do I monitor internet usage using Cisco ASA5505?

I manage a network with around 75 users and they have a capped DSL connection and some users are abusing the bandwidth. They all connect to the internet using a Cisco ASA5505 ver. 8.03, no proxy server just straight out via the ASA. We are running a netXMS server externally which can be used for monitoring if needed?
Any help/guidance would be appreciated. Top Points for a Top Answer.
