How do you remove System Security?
I have a Acer computer with no external drives. System Security will not let me open any files, system files or jump drives. I can not CTRL ALT DEL and I can not restart in SAFE MODE. I cannot access the internet.The Acer has Windows XP Home Edition and I have exhausted all remedies I have found online and none has helped. Is there any other answers?
