I bought a USB wireless internet card for my home computer and every time I plug it in the PC freezes??? why?

It sounds like a problem with the drivers. Did you install any software with the USB device? If so then I recommend you uninstall it, then go to the manufacturers website and download the latest software / drivers. Install that and it should fix the problem.
