can anyone tell me how to open and foward a port so i use my Utorrent faster please? Im on mobile broadband?

Ive been searching the internet as to how to do it for weeks, i do what they say and it doesn’t do anything, sometimes makes it slower. Ive come to end of my tever now. In Utorrent I have a red triangle at the bottom, when i put the cursor over it it says’Not connectable. A firewall/router is limiting your network traffic. You need to open a port to let others connect to you’ Ive tried everything I no, like turn off my firewall completley, randomised the ports in Utorrent, tried finding a port etc. Now i so confused, don’t no what to do as im quite used to Utorrent. Please help? Thanks in advance.
