Microsoft Windows is going to die soon? Right?

I think Windows have finally got what it deserves and it about to due in the next 5-10 years. Linux is becoming really popular and so is Mac OSX. Intact, Mac Osx and the Mac are growing 8X faster than any other computer in the world. Google chrome OS is crap, but it’s also coming. HP said it is going to dump Windows and use it’s own HP webOS on it’s new computers in the next 1-2 years for there hand helds, phones, computers, tablets, and idk how but there printers. Android is also being featured In a new line of netbooks. Microsoft windows took a 15% plunge down in a matter or 6 months last years, and is still going down.

I like this idea. Lol

I doubt it. It might cut down especially as more and more people look to have a variety of computers rather than just one, and as a lot of content becomes more and more browser-centric.

And Microsoft is just one rather visible player in a land of propriety restriction and lock in. The iphone and ipad platforms are in many ways worse than windows in this area.
