tx2510us help slow?? how to make it faster?

i got the tx2510us hp tablet laptop thing…. and its slow very slow. The internet is very slower then my older much cheaper laptop which i gave away. I have wireless internet but that is very slow. Also when i try and use programs it sometimes just stops that happens on the internet alot also. Is there and way i can make it run faster, i cant buy another because i got got it and iam only 13 so…

1. reinstall the operating system. install all the drivers and then the necessary programs.
2. buy more ram
3. learn how to use a computer. you did something and now there are resource hogging apps on you computer.
4. learn how to use a computer. now you are going to pay lots of money for someone to do basic computers maintenance.
5. a lost cause really but you can try defragmenting your hard drive.
6. maybe im completely wrong with 1 thru 5 and your computer is broken.
