What to do to some super Untrust people say: “U cant prove anything if u dont have webcam or headset”
this is annoying…..i really dont have webcam why should bother me with the thing like that?? If u were really telling the truth but u were asked like that, what should u do?? isn’t it annoying? what would u say? so i just ignored this people and i really dont want to remove the block anymore
And what exactly can you prove with a web cam and a headset? That you look as you have said that you look and that you have a voice. That’s all. It doesn’t prove that everything that you say is true.
I’ve seen a very clear example of that. The “clique” on a site told me that I was a fake since I didn’t have a web cam or headset, and I also never post my photo in avatars and such. I didn’t care much about it, I don’t need friends like that.
But, here’s the point of the story.
One of the women in the “clique” was well liked, she was on web cam, in voice chat and they exchanged phone numbers so that they could talk on the phone. She went on a long vacation and she met many of the members of the site, and stayed at their homes for free since she was a friend. It turned out that she was a con artist and that she had tricked a lot of the “clique” members to lend her money or that she had stolen things when she visited them. When they started to accuse her she disappeared and haven’t been seen since. They never got their things or money back.
If people don’t believe me when I tell the truth I ignore and move on. There is nothing I can do to make them change their minds, but I secretly pity them because they miss out on getting to know some really nice people out there.
