My internet drops…No green light on modem?

I have a westell 327w wireless modem. When I am on my internet I lose the connection frequently.I had the tech come out to my house he change the Phone line. It worked okay for 2 days. After that I started losing my connection again I use my phone my signal comes back. (green internet light comes back on)… I figured it was my phone signal that was causing the problem. I removed the phone and plugged the modem directly into the phone jack. I am wondering if it is my modem. I am really afraid to buy a new modem, because I am afraid that will not solve the problem. i have checked all of my connections, I have one computer directly connected to the ethernet line and 2 other computers wireless. Can someone one out there give me a straight answer?? My ISP tells me that my signal is very good. The tech that came to my house said the same thing. (signal very good)… What should I do??
