all i know about this is it says pc cam so is that a webcam?

when i hook the cord to the com and hit the button nether happens and i dont even know who made this or anything all i can see on the cam is its a mustek and 5.0 mega pixels

it has videos but u get like1 min and then the more pic’s u take the more u get its odd…

i dont think that its a webcam. but it could be. But i have one of those mine is where if i hook it up to my pc it will show me what im videoing or taking a picture of and save that to my computer if i click record or take pic. so i would say yours is like mine.
